Billing, canceling and refunds
- Monthly, in USD. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. We never see or store your card number.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account page (Manage billing). You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Checks reset monthly. Your Milk-o-Meter checks reset each billing month. Unused monthly checks don't roll over. Extra check packs ($2.99 for 10, one-time, subscribers only) never expire and are used only after your monthly checks run out.
- Switching plans. Upgrade or downgrade from Manage billing. Stripe adjusts the charge for the rest of the month.
- Refunds. If something went wrong, email [email protected] within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge. Otherwise we don't refund partial months or unused checks.
- Estimates, not guarantees. Values and grades are automated estimates. Always check an item or lot yourself before you buy.
