The Milk-o-Meter
Link eBay listings, add photos from Marketplace, Craigslist or Yard sales, or even a pallet manifest. Get an estimated value and a buy-or-pass call.
Works for: Facebook Marketplace · Craigslist · OfferUp · yard sales · flea markets · anywhere else
Add 1 to 6 photos of the item: front, back and any labels or model numbers. Add the title and asking price if you have them.
2 free photo checks in total, shared across Facebook, Craigslist, OfferUp and yard-sale finds.
How to use it
- Get the manifest. On the liquidation listing (B-Stock, Liquidation.com, DirectLiquidation and others), download the item list, usually a CSV or Excel file. Save Excel files as CSV.
- Upload the CSV or paste the rows. Columns like item, quantity and retail price are matched automatically. Try it with our sample sheet.
- Enter the lot price (the bid or Buy Now price).
- Read the grade. BUY means it clears a 20% return at that price, NEGOTIATE means it's close, so bid lower, and PASS means it likely loses money. You also get unit counts, a rough retail total and a mid-case profit.
Every item priced with estimated Amazon and eBay values, profit scenarios, a max bid and a PDF.
Runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded. It's a quick, rough grade from one blended assumption. The full report is a paid feature, coming soon.
Photos are shrunk in your browser, sent once to read the item, and not stored. Values are AI estimates, not appraisals. Want the live auction feed instead? Open The Daily Pour.
